Once your application has been approved, payment has been completed and your policy has been confirmed, cover can begin within seconds of purchase, according to the agreed policy start time. You should not drive until you have received confirmation that your cover is active.

If we need more information, our UK-based support team will contact you and explain what is required. We keep you updated from application through to policy documents and portal access.
Your documents
Policy documents and portal login details are sent within 24 hours and are usually delivered within 2 hours during our working hours of 8am to 10pm.
